~ Meet Our English Bulldogs ~

English Bulldogs are fun and playful, loyal and lazy. Small in height but wide and compact.  Bulldog puppies have a big broad head, with cheeks that extend to the side of the eyes. Muzzle is short with a wide black nose. The skin on the face and forehead should fall into dense folds. Bulldogs have a lower jaw that is very undershot They have an under-bite. Bulldog eyes are very round and very dark. Ears are small and thin and folded back. Tail is short. The bulldogs stocky and chunky appearence and muscular body and form are ideal. Bulldog puppies are fun loving, gentle, and sweet and will waddle when they walk. Wonderful and playful with children and know how to be alert and protective. Bulldogs love companionship of people and will consider humans and new owners their best friends. Bulldog adults will be slower than puppies and enjoy resting with family and taking long naps. They are very loyal dogs. The English Bulldog coat is short haired and easy to care for and groom. Comb and brush with a firm bristled brush, and bathe only when needed. Wiping the face daily with a damp cloth to clean inside the wrinkles is recommended.  Bulldogs make wonderful pets, the will seek out human attention.  They do snore when sleeping. Carefree and filled with affection best describes this breed.
